Speaking to Gods - DLS Eshu

Inutended for the Harlequine Event of Somersmera, but life got away with me as it usually does.

Now he has a better ref. Might like it as well. Drawing my Harlequines still feels somewhat therapeutic.... I missed them.

Breed: Harlequine BL² ( "Dachshund Harlequine" ) (Lethal Cross Survivor)
Height: 132 cm
Color: white, black, red (at the nostrils diluted to pink)
Markings: have a look at the ref sheet
Body frame: arabianish head and neck, very big eyes, short legs, very long back, which is weak and needs a lot of training to strenghen muscles properly. Riding would surely kill him
Character: inherited a bipolar personality, can be a lovely little pony, he is like Faust's Mephistopheles, or Q... a jester, sarcastic, sometimes mean, but never absolutely evil

"Eshu was a premature birth and therefore very small, we often though he would not survive, but somehow he did... He was sooo tiny and fragile... and somehow... had strange proportions, but we were very happy to have him and thought... well, he should begin to grow into a nice arabian framed Harlequine soon... He never reached 13 hh... his back was too long, his legs too short. He had that silky fine fur like his sister Uno.

His hooves are too soft, so he needs protective shoes on hard floors. He is very social and "speaks" a lot with other horses and with us. And usually to himself, or to some corners around him. If horses could be "hearing voices" - he would. He often nods and shakes his head, making the bell in his mane chime.
